Driven by the principals of sound management, our directors are highly qualified and come from diverse backgrounds to provide a strong leadership that can steer the growth of Electroflex Engineering.
Mr. Prafull Hiremath
Mr. Prafull Hiremath is the founding director of Electroflex Engineering. He is a qualified mechanical engineer with over 12 years of experience in multinational companies. His dream of creating something valuable and offering services to niche industries led to the creation of Electroflex Engineering.
As a first generation entrepreneur, Mr. Prafull Hiremath built Electroflex Engineering as a side hustle. In the initial years, it was a tough ask, but he was committed to his dream. With early exposure to material handling at one of the major crane manufacturers in the world, Prafull was drawn to this industry. This interest, combined with his expertise in machining, fabrication and automation, led Electroflex Engineering to explore projects in customized programing and installation at sea and airports.
Today, Mr. Praful Hiremath heads the sales efforts at Electroflex Engineering. His commitment to timely delivery while offering cost-effective solutions to the customer, irrespective of their project size, has become the core value of Electroflex Engineering.
Mr. Shirish Hagawane
Mr. Shirish Hagawane is a director and partner at Electroflex Engineering. He heads the operations at the organization and is equally passionate about finding cost-effective and robust engineering solutions for critical applications.
As a young mechanical engineer with a post-graduate diploma in CAD-CAM, Mr.Shirish joined a popular Indian conglomerate. There he was exposed to areas like precision machining and electrical technologies. As a young innovative thinker, Mr. Shirish realized he wanted more from his work. Instead of trying to find work that interests him, he decided to set-up his own business. He joined Mr. Praful Hiremath and decided to use his expertise in the field of machining, fabrication and CAD.
Today, Mr. Shirish Hagwane is instrumental in creating mechanical solutions that cater to the various needs of niche businesses. Apart from the sea and airport installations, Electroflex Engineering’s CNC machining capabilities have grown formidably in the past nine years.
